Sub: Obtaining of the hire facility of the locker
I/We hereby voluntarily apply for using a facility of a locker/s of with your company and clearly state that I/we shall abide by all the terms & conditions implied or expressed governing the said facility which we have understood and agreed and for the sake of brevity are reproduced as follows:-
I/We have understood that no law is being violated by the company for undertaking the safe deposit locker service
Access to the locker shall be held by the undersigned applicant or one of his/her duly appointed nominee.
OR
By any one of the joint applicants or by duly appointed nominee of joint applicants together and in the case of death of any of the joint applicants by the
survivor(s) of them.
OR
or his duly constituted nominee and in the case of death of the former by the survivor(s). During the life time of the former the survivor(s) shall have no interest in the contents of the locker nor can he/they stop operation of the locker or issue any instructions to JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC. Provided such
authority in favour of the nominee be duly recorded in the records of JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC.,in all the above cases. In case of death of the applicant or the last surviving applicant out of the joint applicants only the legally appointed executor(s) or administrator(s )of the deceased’s estate
shall be recognized by JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC. Such appointee shall however have full authority and use the absolute discretion to dispense with the requirement of probate or letters of administration by such executor(s) or administrator(s) or heirs upon such terms & conditions as to indemnify or
otherwise as it may think proper. The liability for payment of the hire charges, fees and penalties each or all of/on the locker will remain with the applicants and can be realised/enforced out of the contents of the locker on which the company i.e. JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC., shall have the lien.
I/We specifically state that nothing discriminatory or items which are not permitted under law, would be kept in the locker. I/We will not bring into any of your offices nor place in the safe deposit locker anything that is illegal, offensive, immoral, obscene, indecent, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, noxious, poisonous, corrosive, inflammable, explosive or unstable, nor any guns, knives, fire-arms, ammunition, chemicals, drugs, plants or plant materials, nor any living organism or any other substance or material which may be the subject of any ban, embargo or import restriction, nor any proceeds of prostitution nor drug trafficking, stolen property nor anything which is otherwise unlawful or which has or may be used in any act of terrorism or which will or may cause any harm whatsoever to any person, premises or place including (without limitation) to the Lock, Locker or to any of our offices, directors, employees, agents, contractors, customers or visitors. I/We fully indemnify JFT Safe deposit lockers LLC., (which means I/We will fully compensate JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC., for and pay all costs, charges, expenses, claims or damages (liquidated or unliquidated) that they may incur or which are made against me/us in the event of any of the following things) in respects of all and any harm, damage or loss whatsoever which JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC., or any of it offices, directors, employees, agents, contractors, customers or visitors to our premises incur arising from any breach by me/us of our
obligations in this paragraph.
The locker can only be operated upon by applying one of the key which will remain with the applicant/s and the other key with JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC., the custodians of the safe deposit vault.
I/We further agree that by this arrangement, in case any statutory obligations are required to be carried out/fulfilled by the company or the undersigned applicant, the same will be complied by the undersigned without any responsibility on the part of the company and in accordance with the law of UAE.
All fees/penalties shall be payable in advance at such rates in force at that time as may be fixed by JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LL C.
I/We further understand that we will voluntarily execute and furnish other agreement/documents/indemnity/bond/declaration etc, that may be required by JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC at any stage or as per the law of UAE.
I/We undertake that the locker would not be used for any criminal intent/purposes and will be used in accordance with the law of UAE.
JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC.,reserves the right of fixing the working hours of the vault and making any changes in governing this relationship & managing and running of the said facility as deemed necessary. The said terms are only summary and should not be considered as a complete agreement
Privacy Policy: All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The website policies and terms and conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they
are posted.
We accept payments online using VISA & MASTER CARD Credit/Debit card in AED ( or any other agreed currency).
We will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC ( Office of Foreign Assets Control ) Sanctions countries in accordance with the Law of UAE.
All service fees/penalties or any amount received is non-refundable.
All fees shall be payable in advance at such rates as may be fixed by JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC., from time to time. If the fees/penalties are due is in arrears, JFT Safe Deposit Lockers LLC., shall have the right to refuse access to the locker until such time till all fees/penalties are/is paid. In the event the
customer does not pay the fee or any delay, an addition amount equal to the rent or penalty or both as decided by JFT would be charged as penalty until such time till all fees/penalties are received.
The applicant shall have the opinion to get the arrangement renewed by giving a written notice before the expiry of terms fixed by the arrangement, provided that if the applicant/s does not give any such written notice in advance that he is surrendering the locker given out to him with key(s), he shall be
deemed to have exercised the option of renewal on such terms and conditions and at fees as may be in force at that time.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of UAE.
